Overall Goal


Provide excellent customer service to Clevyr’s largest accounts to ensure that from planning through deployment and continuing into maintenance, they experience excellence. The Account Executive will work with a small number of the largest enterprise accounts to identify and win new opportunities.

  • Expectation management: clearly communicating the on-ramps, high-ways, turn signals, and off ramps of the software development process
  • Celebrating the success of the team (client + Clevyr)
  • Listening for concerns, pain points, and when our team might be under-delivering
  • Navigating the team (client + Clevyr) through uncertainty

New Business Development

  • Cultivating trusted advisor status so that pain points that are shared
  • Documenting pain points, past attempts at solutions, and potential budget
  • Guiding the client through the request for quote/request for SOW process
  • Shepherding the request for quote/request for SOW process through Clevyr
  • Navigating the team (client + Clevyr) through uncertainty
  • Working with sales team to ensure new business continues to be signed with key accounts

Building the Sales Team, Processes, and Culture


The Account Executive will have the ability to help shape how Clevyr executes on its growth strategy. All members of the sales and marketing department are expected to participate in generative and solution oriented discussions related to improving the department.

Financial
A specific contract value goal will be tied to this position.

Financial performance data will be augmented with client survey data.

Travel

Some travel will be required, less than 15%.

Reporting

The Account Executive reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
