We live in a data-driven world — and sometimes that can be a little scary. That’s why we’re starting a campaign that’s meant to help you out with some tips and tricks we’ve learned along the way, as well as showing you some cool ways you may never have thought about data before. Today’s the start of this campaign, and while this is mostly an intro — we’re still going to leave you with something fun we came across this week.
Salesforce is a big tech company, and there’s many times they could have crashed and burned — but they didn’t. That’s because they learned that it’s not about falling in love with the product you’re creating, it’s about falling in love with your client and helping them achieve their goals. Sometimes your product is already perfect for your client, and sometimes you need to evolve your products to fit the needs of your client, and that’s okay. You don’t sacrifice anything by thinking about things this way; in fact, when you try to force your existing products to fit your client’s needs, you end up making things worse for both you and your clients.
We’ve been around the block a few times, and we know that this is how the world works. We build powerful applications for long-term clients, and that’s because we collaborate with them to make sure we’re building the right tools for them. If you treat your product better than your client, then you’re doing it wrong. Your clients always come first.
