Using AI to Analyze Sales Conversations

At Clevyr, we’re exploring how artificial intelligence can improve everyday business performance. In this edition of our AI Corner series, we ran an internal AI experiment to see how a sales conversation analysis tool could identify what makes a sales call effective — and where teams can improve.

We provided an AI model with a transcript from a real-world sales conversation and asked it to evaluate the dialogue using industry best practices for communication, engagement, and conversion.

  • Balance of Professional and Personable Tone: Light humor helped maintain connection without losing focus.

  • Actionable Next Steps: The call closed with well-defined follow-ups and scheduling clarity.
